Today's Foto Friday pics are from the Delaware Bay Beach in North Cape May, NJ. We go there all the time but don't always get out of the car. We usually grab take out and eat in our car watching the water, boats going by, and sometimes dolphins. It's very peaceful.
This is a Horseshoe Crab. There were 2 of the them upside down. We thought they were dead until one moved. I flipped them over. One moved in super slow motion headed to the water. The other didn't move. High tide was coming soon so we knew they would be in the water once that happened.
We went on a trip to Strasburg, PA area. We rode the train. It was freezing and windy so we didn't ride the Open Air Car like we usually do. The regular car was really nice. It had a stove keeping it nice and warm. It even had a bathroom.
We drove to a park we were never at before, Susquehannock State Park. We did most of a trail, Pine Tree Trail. It was really hard. We found out later that it is listed as "Most Difficult". LOL I'm proud of us for going as far as we did on it.
Before we headed home we stopped at Longwood Gardens. I posted a link to the video in the previous blog post.

This is the 2nd book I've won there. My 1st was last year + was a Kindle book. I love going to GoodReads and reading book reviews. I found a few of my now fave authors from reading reviews.

Foto Friday today are from our trip last week to Longwood Gardens in PA. It was beautiful weather. We had a nice time walking around seeing all the pretty flowers, trees and fountains.
I just finished making a quick video from our last trip to Jenkinson'a Aquarium in Point Pleasant, NJ on 3-26-21. It was before Easter so you might notice some decorations. This was probably our last trip here until Fall. Summer gets too crowded for us.
We are planning a trip to Adventure Aquarium in Camden soon. We haven't been there in a while. We also have a Cape Cod trip planned so we are hoping we can stop at Mystic Aquarium while we are there.
Later this week we have a overnighter planned at Strasburg, PA. We love going on the train ride there. That will be our last trip there until Fall/Winter. We really dislike crowds. LOL
Summer will be daytrips. We are hoping to check out some trails + parks we've never been to.
I'm hoping to get a long lens for my camera too. I bought an adapter to use hubby's old lenses but they aren't working properly on my camera. I'll keep trying them though. I'm also hoping to get another camera next year. I'm not saying what kind. I have it narrowed down to 4. lol I'm not replacing my Canon M50. I love it!
